Dan Patlansky

Saturday 6th May The Factory 8PM

Never far from likeminded genius, guitarist, singer/songwriter and globally respected purveyor of the blues, Dan Patlansky, is hailed as one of the world’s finest blues-based storytellers of his generation.

Ever since his debut album, Standing At The Station, followed by his 2004 major label (Blue Note, EMI produced) masterstroke True Blues, Dan Patlansky has been immersing himself in the rich and rollicking world of blues rock music. After touring Europe in 2013 with Everlast, Dan returned to the continent in October 2014 for another tour to promote Dear Silence Thieves internationally. He impressed Norway when he headlined the FJORD BLUES FESTIVAL. His performance was described as ‘magic’ and ‘religious experience’

ASH WILSON RELEASES DEBUT ALBUM ‘BROKEN MACHINE

Featuring Phil Wilson (Laurence Jones), Roger Inniss (ex-Laurence Jones), Bob Fridzema (King King) and special guest guitarist Jesse Davey (The Hoax)

Wilson Brothers Music in association with Cadiz Music Distribution are pleased to announce the release of singer-songwriter and guitarist Ash Wilson’s debut album ‘Broken Machine’ on Friday 21st April 2017. The album can be pre-ordered form Amazon and iTunes
Lincolnshire’s Ash Wilson is one of England’s most distinctive vocalists, guitarists and songwriters in blues music today. The debut album is a watershed achievement for Wilson, both in terms of the many musical styles in the tracks, which begin and end with the blues at its core.
The album is maybe best described by multi award-winning UK Blues Hall Of Fame inductee Wayne Proctor, (King King, Ben Poole, Stevie Nimmo), as “A fine record that grooves, rocks, twists and turns. You’re all gonna love it! Now grab a cuppa, press play and turn it up! LOUD!!”
