Update September 2020

The Factory venue and commercial facilities will continue to remain closed for to the public until further notice. The majority of events taking place until at least the end of October are currently being rescheduled. We will continue to review these measures on a month-by-month basis.

The majority of our events are postponed, a few cancelled and some we are still awaiting for confirmation of new dates.

Please bear in mind we are currently operating with minimal staff, so may take a little longer than usual to get back to you.

Our ticket agents will continue to update ticket holders as soon they have information to share.

We would like to thank our customers and ticket holders for your patience and understanding at this time.

The event I have tickets for has been rescheduled.

If the event you have tickets for has been rescheduled your tickets are valid for the new rescheduled date. Our ticket agent will be in touch via email, sometimes these emails are filtered into ‘Junk’– so please check your junk folder.  

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date you can claim a refund. Please contact the ticket agent to request your refund.
